Workopti is a B2B SaaS product serving business leaders to effectively execute business strategies through an agile workflow management platform

Problem: Business Executives are spending a lot of time in meetings rather than creating and leading overall business strategies.

Solutions:

  • Create an Executive Dashboard for our primary users where they can easily access high level insights (Business Executives)

  • Build a way for secondary users (Business operators) to easily aggregate data to build the executive dashboard view for the primary user

The world of business strategy encompasses various terms and mental models for individuals. A/B testing the most interchangeable business terms could make or break how users function in WORKOPTI.

Work with business consultants to determine the most common measures of success for business functions like finance, operations, sales, marketing, etc. to allow users to have customizable and accurate insights.
